Continuing in the proud, sweaty, stale-beer-on-the-floor tradition that is the New Brunswick DIY basement scene, an un-identified, illuminated venue hosted a great Thursday night of music featuring NJ up and comers Owel, France, and Meet Pause with Victor Shores hailing all the way from North Dakota.

Owel's Orchestral Spin Captivates

Owel closed out the night with their orchestral spin on The Black Keys’ “Everlasting Light” and their own outstanding track “Snowglobe”. The depth and arrangement of Owel's performance proved to be a perfect bookend to an evening of genre-spanning music.
