We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the stylish lobby to the well-maintained hallways. The parking was convenient, with valet service available. The location in downtown was perfect, as it allowed us to easily explore the galleria area, visit larger department stores, and even catch a game at the ballpark. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

I absolutely loved the trendy and modern furniture in the room. It gave off a minimalist vibe that was a refreshing change from the usual hotel rooms. The vibrant colors of the room added a fun touch as well. Furthermore, the hotel's location was perfect for me. It was within walking distance to several popular attractions and restaurants, making it convenient to explore this city. Also, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made me feel right at home.

The bed was amazing and the city view windows with blackout shades were perfect for sleeping in. The hot chocolate bar at check-in was a nice touch, especially on a wintry day. The hotel had a great sense of privacy and security, with key access required to reach any level besides the lobby. The room was generally clean, and the shower had good size and pressure. The staff was always friendly and helpful.
There was nothing I didn't like.
I loved the rooftop patio, both during the day and at night. The layout of the room was perfect for me, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of downtown, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast, although served in a paper container, tasted good.

We loved the convenient location in the heart of downtown, close to everything. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a cool lounge area and a friendly staff. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel overall was outstanding. Transportation was easy, with access to public transportation just steps away.
